Pipes Leaking Under Your Sink?

Why is My Kitchen Sink Leaking?

The most common reason your kitchen sink might be leaking in the cabinet is because of things pushing on the pipes. We store a lot of things under the sink, from cleaners to garbage bags, to buckets. All of these things can push and pull on the pipes, causing them to become loose.

So, be careful how you store things under the sink and try not to keep them too close to the pipes.

How to Fix a Leaking Pipe?

If your pipes are leaking under your sink, you should be able to just tighten up those connections on the pipes by hand.

Likewise, if you have a garbage disposal, it is also a good idea to tighten up the nuts that connect the pipes every month or so just to ensure the connection is still strong.

If the issue is a busted pipe or not fixed by tightening those connections, then it is time to give us a call.
